The Dashboard (Command Center)

Think of the Dashboard as your daily health checklist. It brings all your health numbers together on one simple screen:

  • CNS Recovery Score: This is a number from 0% to 100% at the very top that tells you how rested your body is today. A high score means you are ready to exercise hard. A low score means your nervous system is tired, and you should take a rest day or do light activities to avoid getting hurt.
  • Daily Vitals Row: Displays your latest synced numbers for Sleep Score (and duration), HRV (heart rate variability), Resting Heart Rate, Weight & Body Fat, and Blood Pressure.
  • Muscle Heatmap: A simple body map showing your muscle recovery. Areas glowing brightly indicate you worked them hard recently and they need rest. Dim muscles are fully recovered and ready to train.
  • Volume Progression: A chart showing the total weight you lifted over the last 6 months so you can track your strength progress over time.

📈 Deep Analytics

This page calculates your overall biological health using easy-to-understand metrics:

  • Biological Age: Estimates how healthy your cells are. If you improve your sleep and cardiovasular health, your biological age can actually become younger than your actual real age!
  • Kinetic Asymmetry: A simple balance score showing if you are training your upper body and lower body evenly. Keeping this balanced protects your joints.
  • Sleep / Strain Correlation: Tracks how well your quality of sleep matches your physical exercise to ensure your muscles are recovering correctly.

Workout Builder & Mobile App

This is where you plan your exercises and log them at the gym:

  • Planning Workouts: Go to the "Routine Builder" tab. Drag exercises from the list on the left and drop them into the days of the week. To make it even easier, click the ✨ AI Auto-Generate button and tell the AI your goal (e.g., "Build Muscle" or "Get Stronger") to create a perfect workout plan instantly.
  • Saving to Your Phone: Once your plan is ready, click "Save to PWA". This sends your workouts straight to the Mobile App on your phone.
  • Logging at the Gym: When you get to the gym, launch the Mobile App on your phone. Tap the sets as you complete them, enter the weights you lifted, and check them off. It syncs back to your dashboard automatically.

🎥 Exercise Library (Vault)

A complete library of all exercises in the system, grouped simply by muscle groups (Push, Pull, Legs, Core) so you can find them easily when building your custom routines.

🎯 Form Checks

Paste a YouTube video link of your heavy lifts (like Squats or Bench Press). Your coach and the community can view your movement and give you simple, direct feedback to ensure you are lifting with safe and optimal form.

👤 Connecting Your Watch, Scale, & BP Monitor

You can connect your Garmin watch, smart scale, or blood pressure machine so they send their metrics directly to your account. Because these devices all connect to your iPhone's Apple Health app, we use a simple shortcut to bridge them here.

Step 1: Allow Apple Health Sharing on Your Phone

Open the app for your watch or scale (like Garmin Connect or your smart scale's app) on your phone. Go to its settings, find Connected Apps, select **Apple Health**, and turn ON permissions to share data for Sleep, Heart Rate, HRV, Weight, and Blood Pressure.

Step 2: Connect the Portal (One-Time Setup)

  1. Go to the Settings tab in this portal. Under "Apple HealthKit", copy your unique **Security Token** (the code starting with sk_...).
  2. Tap "Download iOS Sync Engine" to add our shortcut to your iPhone's native Shortcuts app.
  3. The app will ask you one question: "Please paste your AIO Health Token here." Paste your copied security token and hit Done.

Step 3: Syncing Your Daily Metrics

Once set up, your iPhone will sync your watch and scale metrics in the background. If you prefer to log them yourself, you can type them in manually at any time on the **Settings** page using the **Manual Biometrics Sync** card.

Connect and grow with others in our active training ecosystem. The Community space is fully up and running, featuring:

  • Live Leaderboards: Compare your consistency and progress with other members of the community on opt-in, friendly leaderboards.
  • Shared Programs & Templates: Share your favorite training routines or download proven workout programs designed by coaches and other lifters.
  • Coach & Peer Form Feedback: Get helpful advice on your form checks. Coaches and community members can review your videos and help you lift safely and effectively.
