Terms of Architecture

Effective Date: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Computational Terms

By engaging with the AIO Longevity Engine, establishing an account via the PWA or Desktop Portal, or transmitting physiological data to our API routers, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with tracking constraints, you are advised to utilize analog tracking methods.

2. Medical Disclaimer (The "Silicon vs. Biology" Clause)

The AIO Engine processes metrics such as Central Nervous System (CNS) Fatigue, 1RM regressions, and injury trajectories. This AI is structural, not medical. Recommendations provided—such as dropping volume on Deadlifts due to a predicted lumbar strain—are based on macroscopic mathematical modeling. The software does not replace a licensed sports physiotherapist or physician.

3. License to the Architecture

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable edge-license to utilize the software interface. You may not reverse-engineer the API endpoints, distribute the PHP/Docker operational files, or manipulate the MariaDB core headers maliciously. The visual presentation layers (Dark Glassmorphism, Neon Tracers) are proprietary expressions of AIO-Webb.

4. Data Accuracy and Contamination

As a predictive engine, AIO relies on accurate input. Falsifying RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) metrics or logging fictitious sets contaminates your "Digital Twin" and fundamentally breaks the machine learning modeling. We reserve the right to segment or isolate accounts that exhibit statistically impossible velocity data.

5. Termination

AIO maintains the unilateral right to suspend access to your architecture in the event of server abuse, API scraping, or violation of these terms. Upon termination, your physical database footprint will be systematically wiped to preserve network security.
